Veterans Day, 2024 by the Executive Office of the President on 11/12/2024
“A Proclamation
Today, we honor generations of America's veterans—patriots who have stood on the frontlines of freedom and kept the light of liberty shining bright around the world. Just as they have kept the ultimate faith in our Nation, we must keep ultimate faith in them.”
The President honors Americans, “NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim November 11, 2024, as Veterans Day. I encourage all Americans to recognize the valor, courage, and sacrifice of these patriots through appropriate ceremonies and private prayers and by observing two minutes of silence for our Nation's veterans. I also call upon Federal, State, and local officials to display the flag of the United States of America and to participate in patriotic activities in their communities.”
The significant document is an interim rule effective November 12, 2204.
Federal Acquisition Regulation: Prohibition on Unmanned Aircraft Systems From Covered Foreign Entities by the Defense Department, the General Services Administration, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration on 11/12/2024.
