It is Friday!
You do not know what you do not know.
Friday, November 1, 2024 is a great day for the federal government. Today, the federal government currently has 105 documents from 48 agencies (202 Pages) with 89 Notices, 1 Presidential Document, 8 Proposed Rules, and 7 Rules. With this current issue, Federal Register / Vol. 89, No. 212 / Friday, November 1, 2024 / Notices is up to page 87460. The federal government is busy. Imagine how busy your State or Local Government has been.
Can anyone keep up with all these items?
The 1 Presidential Document: National First Responders Day, 2024 by the Executive Office of the President on 11/01/2024.
This is a proclamation to …”recognize and celebrate all the brave first responders across our country who risk their lives to keep the rest of us safe.” Of course, this is belated, National First Responders Day is officially October 28, 2024. Just a few days late to let everyone know about the significance of this day. Of course, someone knew.
None the less, Happy Belated National First Responders Day! Cheers to those who service and sacrifice for others!
From USDebtClock.org
According to the US Debt Clock at roughly 10:04 AM, the US debt is roughly $35,842,151,000,000. It seems that the debt per taxpayer is $271,888. The good news is that the federal government revenue is roughly $5,018,619,000,000. Not too shabby if you ask me.
Special Note: Interest of Debt (Net) is $982,102,000,000.
Something interesting for the day:
From Spaceweather.com, “HALLOWEEN FIREBALLS: Did you see a meteor last night? It was probably a Taurid--a.k.a., a "Halloween Fireball." Every year around this time, Earth passes through a stream of debris from Comet Encke, and the resulting meteors are seen by Trick-or-Treaters on Halloween. If you missed the show, don't worry. This broad shower will continue for the next two weeks, spraying a few bright fireballs across the sky every hour while the constellation Taurus is overhead. [more]”
Amazing website with great information about the Earth-Sun environment.
If you are not too busy today, then buy a shirt or two.
